The idea of the townhall is to provide a dedicated space for young Latin Americans, whether that be students or people climbing the ladder in their careers, to get together, share experiences, share resources and connect.
As an organisation, events like these help us understand more concretely what barriers people perceive and face in education, in the labour market, and in general society, and what resources may be lacking in our community. This allows us to advocate for our community in way that is participatory rather than paternalistic.
We want you to be able to create meaningful connections, and make your voices heard. Especially because our community is not homogenous, it’s so diverse, and as a consequence, there are a diversity of needs.
